How does shipping work?

✔︎ We use Amazon's shipping network. You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number after placing an order.
Is there a right of withdrawal?
✔︎ Yes, because we are confident that you will love our products. However, if you do not like one of the products you ordered, we offer a 30-day right of withdrawal.
✔︎ The return is free of charge.
You want to return a product?
Then please send an email to our team at email@example.com with your order name, the order number and the reason for the return.
You will receive a free return label from us for the return shipment. Please attach the label to the original packaging before dropping off the shipment at the post office.
Can I cancel the order after I've placed it?
✔︎ Once you have gone through the entire ordering process and confirmed your order, it can no longer be cancelled. This is because our system forwards the orders to our fulfillment partner immediately.
This approach enables our customers to have a very fast delivery service.
Where is my package shipped from?
✔︎ We use Amazon's logistics network. Your order will be shipped from one of the many Amazon fulfillment centers.
How do I use a discount code?
✔︎ Please enter your discount code in the shopping cart or at checkout. Note that you can only use one code at a time. Strikethrough prices can take into account the discount code.
